Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers we need to run the site and respond to you:

• Resend — to deliver enquiry emails to us.
• Supabase — to securely store enquiries and unsubscribe records.
• Google Analytics — only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Cloudflare — site hosting and delivery.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as we need to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months), then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention setting (14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to our processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@croftyconstructionltd.com.
