Reading Cornish ground
Our scope runs from site clearance, cut-and-fill and muckaway through foundations, drainage, ducting and utility installation, reinforced concrete and retaining structures. Cornwall's ground is unforgiving: granite shelves, made ground, high water tables, coastal salt, and narrow lanes that will not take a forty-tonner. We plan around all of it instead of pretending it is not there.
First-time setting-out
That local knowledge is what clients lean on. We are known for getting setting-out right first time, for drainage that actually falls the way the drawings say it should, and for retaining walls that hold the line season after season because the toe, the reinforcement and the drainage behind them were specified properly. We work to current Building Regulations and SuDS guidance, coordinate cleanly with structural engineers and Building Control, and keep sites tidy because a tidy site is a safe site.
