Crofty Construction was appointed to supply a labour gang to carry out the groundworks package for The Garrack Hotel, a luxury development of 20 retirement apartments nestled in the Cornish countryside with far-reaching views across St Ives Bay.
Our work: the package included the construction of concrete slabs, utility installation and connection works, and a full drainage package, supported by operated plant to keep the programme moving on site.
Project outcome: the groundworks package was delivered safely and to programme, with the external finishes completed to a high standard and the development ready for the build above.
